1. Working principle
Put the dough in the screw propeller it will be conveyed under the cutter, the knife will cut a fixed amount of dough ,then the cut dough fall into the drive plate .The dough revolves in the slode of the drive plate. After shaping well, the dough will be throw out automatically. A round dough/Steamed bread is formed in this way.
2. Features
a, The finished dough is round.
b. The dough ball can be adjusted by changing the drive plate. There are three types of plates for your choice. And there is a machine clutch structure in the machine to adjust the dough ball size.
Large plate: 125g-150g/pc
Medium plate: 85g-100g/pc
Small plate; 50g-70g/pc
Note: You can choose one plate, two plates or all the three plates . It is easy to install, but the machine sells with one plate.
